Not Self Esteem

There are people today
who go around and say,
My worth’s from within.
I’m here to tell you
there’re full of rebellion,
All that’s in them is sin.

If you want to know how
to be of real worth now,
I’ll let you in on the plan,
Turn from your ways accept him today,
The man who had nails in his hands.

Not self esteem,
I think you know what I mean,
My worth is not from me.
He did it all, because of him I’m tall,
My worth is in Jesus, you see.

Jesus is the man, and he is God to,
He paid the price for me and you.
He’s in Heaven with the
Father and he’s at his side,
There’s nothing you can do.

Accept what he’s done,
on the cross he won,
The right to set us free.
Call on him today and
get on your knees and pray,
Become somebody great like me.

Not self esteem,
I think you know what I mean,
My worth is not from within me.
He did it all, because of him I’m tall,
My worth is in Jesus, you see.
